Srvr Punch Perk: Hands Off!
During or shortly after a Killer performs a grab action a skill check is prompted for the survivor. Landing the skill check stuns the killer for a short period of time. Maybe add some variable or contingencies but the action happens so infrequently that you may not need any.

Survivor: Remove Scratch Marks from Hook Perks
Breakdown and Delivernce are both hook perks. Killers do spend a lot of time around their hooked, so why not remove scratch marks for just a few seconds?
