Are certain perks mandatory in the bloodweb?
Im pretty new, so forgive me if this is an obvious one, but are the generic perks in the web mandatory? Specifically, if Monstrous Shrine keeps popping up, am i gonna have to buy it before better perks start showing up in the web? It seems like its been chasing me for a few levels...
