okay so a normal brown medkit only heals me to 99% no addons are on fresh from a chest from a match. Platform pc this has happend to me like twice in a row havn't tested it any more then that.
This leon was moving super fast after vaulting and hes console so it isn't hacks and it happened after vaulting he had Lithe so wondering if anyone encountered somthing like this.
