During in game i am getting an issue, where there are no perks showing but i have them after game this has been happening since new patch note. the screen shots below show what i mean.

Everytime iam killer iam getting an error where I can not connect to server how ever when I play survivor I have no issue. I have a 23 hour ban for something I didn't even do?. It completely lost host and everything.
