Considering it now kind of has a similar effect as DS I think the endurance effect should deactivate during endgame just like DS deactivates
I have purchased several DLCs on Steam, I was always able to use the Characters from these DLCs on Stadia as well through cross progression. After the 5.2.0 the characters weren't available on Stadia anymore.
