Bloody toggle?
Why is there no toggle for bloody outfits? You get to tier 3 max 50 and then there is nothing left to do. Already hard enough to get there. having to reset the character get lucky with the perks you find. I should be able to make skins I purchased bloody, to show off my prestige.
