Can't pick up Survivor in this Dead Zone

Look i get it every mutliplayer game will have hackers, recently there has been an upsurge of hacking gamers playing with steam accounts with multiple bans having the time of their life.
Matchmaking system is UNFAIR
Hi, first off i am purple rank killer. EVERY game i get into always red rank survivors, and i INSTA LOSE because IM A NOOB and they are a GOD. I only get purple survivors 10% of the time, and I WIN most of the time, see balanced right? I give you proof to show that this game sucks and matchmaking is broken, fix it devs!
