How long do support tickets take?
I submitted a ticket on Sunday and still haven't heard back, just curious how long the average response time is to hear back after contacting support. Should I follow up, or does it normally take more than 3 days to get a response?

Yall got any of them matchmaking updates?
I'm still facing rank 1 survivors as a rank 15 killer. It's been more than a month since they announced matchmaking changes were going to be made. We get a new killer today, but the same old bunk matchmaking system 😕

Tome challenge requiring locked characters
Just curious what the general feelings are about challenges that require you to used locked characters. For example, the "Take Charge" challenge requires you to break generators with a skill the doctor has (overcharge). Does anybody have a link to the gameplay rules? I'd like to read the fine print on things that are not allowed, like DCing. update Links to official rules, like the EULA, not a pinned forum post. DbD is currently the 22nd most played game on Steam. At time of posting, there are 33,641 active players (see screenshot). How many active players do there need to be to get fair matchmaking?
