In the rework of red forest there is Golden toolbox inside the roof on window side of killer shack. I don´t know if there are any generators needed for repair but it was there before this gen was done. I also found out you can´t see the toolbox from inside the shack. DISCLAIMER: this is only my opinion So in current shrine of secrets are pretty basic perks (botany knowledge, Quick and Quiet, Tinkerer). Only one perk isn't available in base game. But in chapter dlc: Demise of Faithfull. The perk is from Plague and it's called Dark Devotion, which is the only perk worth buying.
