Perk Build - Stealth // what perks should i use?
So I was trying to create a Perk build to play stealth but I just can not figure out what Perks are good for this kind of build. Perks that i think are good: -Quick and Quiet -Urban Evasion -Diversion ------------------------------ If anyone knows a good stealth build, please let me know. With best regards PHILEGS
