I played for 2 hours yesterday and only got one level up in the rift. I did gens, chases and was active during the whole game and still only got one level after 2 hours!?

I did as it said and equipped 3 perks: Save The Best For Last, Play With Your Food, Dying Light without add on or even an offering. I then got a 4k and at the end it said merciless killer and I have not received the achievement I even tried…
