Pinhead: 'Original Pain' issue
The add-on 'Original Pain' is not putting survivors into Deep Wound. Every time I've hit a survivor, they're never inflicted with it. I made sure I wasn't breaking the chains by allowing the survivor to break the chains (from a distance). I've used this add-on 3 different times to experiment, yet still no deep wound…
