Unable to pick up survivors on a certain area on the Game

Game crashed when hitting a survivor through a window.
The game crashed at the same time I hit a survivor through a window, may be a coincidence but the crash is still an issue. I hit them with a basic attack. The Resident Evil map is not disabled.
The map should have been disabled due to causing crashes (which I experienced seconds before they announced the problem). However after my disconnect penalty I got the map again after it was supposedly removed, crashed out and I am now sitting through another penalty. I'm just going to play a different game at this point.
