Ranking issue on Xbox
I have played 10 games in the last 24 hours - I haven’t pipped or depipped once - when I safety pip it’s shown as -1 - when I achieve +1 nothing happened to my rank - seems to have been the last 24 hours

Hatch - no escape while downed
Downed on suffocation pit on Macmillan, downed - all survivors escape hatch opened but I couldn’t get option to escape only recover
