Make it so if you don't have 150ms or better you can't queue for anything. If your connection is that awful you are just gonna ruin the experience of others, it's not that important that you are included. Add a version of Ruin but once you break à dull totem you lose the effect.

Killer Offerings
I still get broken glass and bone splinters in my bloodwebs. It's easy to avoid not buying them but when I have to its annoying to throw away 7000bp. Not sure if others have this issue and it's not game breaking or anything just an inconvenience.
