Forever frenzy
was playing legion activated frenzy spammed vault over a pallet but got flashed i think that's what did it. Afterwards frenzy would not stop it was like i was in frenzy but regular movement speed and couldn't down survivors. I also couldn't break pallets.

If playing as twins and someone uses cryo bomb perk on pallet. And you break the pallet then switch to victor the screen effect will stay until back in the main menu.

Blight serum spalsh
When Blight slams near a survivor it splashes serum on them . Does this have any affects or is it a cosmetic detail?
