Ring Drawing Add On still bugged
The Ring Drawing Add On for Sadako is still bugged. I tested it recently again, since the bug first appeared on the PTB with her rework. In short Ring Drawing has both, it's old effect from the first rework and it's new one. (Hooking a survivor with a tape gives everyone else a stack of condem AND it spreads by healing)
