I've seen reports of it being unobtainable since 2021, I'm personally missing it for the platinum after 800 hours. Please. It shouldn't be that hard.

I'm SHOCKED he is missing one while being a legendary skin when he should've probably been his own character. The fact I found out in-game after purchasing it makes it even worse.
