teachable perk not showing up in bloodweb after all other perks are unlocked
I bought pharmacy in the shrine and a week later I started to level jake up in order to get it on him, I went up about 2 levels and didnt get any perks to appear in his bloodweb both times, when I go to quentin it says I have his perk unlocked but then I level up jake and it doesnt show up.
