What are you using for UTC I am highly confused because if I google time UTC I get this: 7:55 AM Thursday, July 5, 2018 Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) Are you not using Coordinated Universal Time? If not what are you using so the rest of us aren't completely confused as to what 00.00 UTC actually means.
