PC - Finished tome challenge doesn't count
I finished the Thorough Cleaning challenge from Tome 3, level 3 twice already, got it shown when escaping the match, but when I go back to the tome it doesn't show as finished.
Please, please, PLEASE, do something about suiciding.

Viewing killer perks and addons after death and before match end but without risk of "snitching"
Today in my solo queue I had some matches again, where I got camped and tunneled to death early in the game (which is extremely frustrating and should not be possible but that is not the point of this post).
