All three dailies got redeemed at once

DIDN'T RECEIVE RIFT FRAGMENT FROM THE END OF TOME LEVEL 2
I finished a match and got the last green glyphs needed to complete Glyph Pursuer in the current tome level 2, a game that gave me enough XP to get to rank 26 in the rift. I quickly collected the reward for that challenge and the subsequent end of level 2 reward. neither of which gave me the corresponding rift fragments. I…

Unable to pick up Meg at killer shack.
I was playing as Legion on Sanctum of Wrath, after an M1 down on Meg outside killershack I was unable to pick her up. Her arm was clipped into the shack but I could get her on either side of the wall. Video link here: https://stadia.google.com/capture/bd2b9e98-6c81-4518-b9b7-89d1b740a5b7
