Unnerving presence decreased skill box: all skill checks or only the 'bonus' checks?
Since its on the shrine, and I have these extra Quatloos, I was thinking about buying it. Does this mean that all generator and heal checks in the terror radius have a reduced strike zone, or just the additional skill checks the unnerving presence triggers?
