FPS is capped at 62 after mid-chapter update?
Before the mid-chapter was released my fps was capped at 120(I'm on steam) now after the update it is now on 62?? I have the exact same settings in 'GameUserSettings' which got it to 120 but now they wont work - I have watched videos and my settings are the exact same as those so I don't know what the problem is, any help…
