Since the new update rolled out, each time my perk was supposed to activate (being full heal state after wiggling out/being unhooked) it wouldn't. It still activates normally if I'm not in the dying state, and only doesn't in the cases mentioned above. I have seen this be the case for other survivors as well. No adrenaline…
