I found a purple key and opened the hatch as Feng Min but as I escaped, I glitched (as you can see from another survivor's POV). I did need to mend, not sure if that's related though.
I just escaped on Red Forest as Feng Min but lost my purple medkit (with gel dressings and surgical suture addons). The killer didn't have franklin's demise. This has happened to some of my friends with different items too.
