MAKE PERK PROCS UNIVERISAL.
Why does NOED proc on a hatchet hit, or pyramid head range attack, but friends til the end only procs on the obsession when they are hit with it. This makes gameplay so wildly random. Not to mention add on procs and how it seems skull merchants dont seem to proc at all.

this killer meta build is worse than the old DH DS UB BT builds.

Tunneling, Camping... you know.
So, its reached a point where I cannot play this game anymore without at least 2 people getting camped and tunneled each game.
