Signature perks not leveling up
I have multiple chars where the bloodweb didn't offer me a complete level 3 set of their perks though they are fully leveled to 50 and it sucks, best is that those chars got offered multiple level 3 sets of other chars... great. Please fix this.

Rampant cheating since giving up to 500k bloodpoints as monthly rank rewards
It's really bad, that was a stupid idea and foreseeable. The game had it's amount of cheating like most other games but it's out of control now, you get soft cheaters nearly every 2nd match, what i see the most is slightly upped movement speed like they have permanent haste status.
