The Plague Glitch
So while a survivor was pulling my character of a hook, we were hit with vomit. The result was that my survivor was stuck to that very spot. I was healed back to full health, yet I still couldn't move from that spot. When I was hooked again and saved, I was able to leave. Here is the video I took.
