Will the Naughty Bear skin ever be available for shards? I don't know if it counts as a license or not.
So I just finished the current rift, all 80 or so tiers, but I was considering purchasing the battle pass for it, since I never have in the past. If I do that, does it just automatically unlock all the items from the previous tiers? or should I just wait for the next rift. (sorry if this has been asked before)
