Put the rank of players above their names so i can choose to stay in the lobby or leave. or please have the option to wait for matches with players in my rank range. i will wait and tab out if i have to. i do not want to play with super immersed, heal in the corner, straightline juking rank 15s.

Before any changes/nerfs to any perks, Devs should do these two things first
Address SWF and fix the map layouts. These are big changes and they might find that the bandaid fixes they're doing now will need to be unfixed* when these bigger changes go live. *except maybe SB and BNP.
