Shelter woods glitched hills
I spawned in on Shelter Woods 1, and the map had several of these weird hills that also turned the ground blue around it. Jeff vaulted into it from inside of shack and got stuck. The killer (Dredge) downed him, I went to pick him up, and we both got stuck. We couldn't crawl, walk, run, or vault out of this position.
