Mouse lags when in chase
This bug has started happening in every chase as a killer since the new update. My mouse is fine whenever i am out of chase but as soon as i get in a chase it starts lagging, the game is basically unplayable. I have tried reinstalling and disabling the steam overlay

Black Bars at top and bottom of screen
Is there any way i can get rid of these black bars at the top and bottom? I play in 1440x900 and its really annoying having those bars. Ive tried changing the 16:9 option and that doesnt work. Can anyone help?
