Hi there I recently played on coldwin farm and discovered you can stand above the hook if you jump from the main building.

you cannot claim TCOFS preorder rewards if you play on gamepass.
Well, This feels disappointing, i preordered the casting of frank stone and was excited to get my rewards, however they don't let you claim it if you play dead by daylight on gamepass and haven't actually purchased the base game. Seems abit stupid? I hope they fix this. I've submitted a ticket anyway.
