What if 80% of red ranks will keep using Ruin after change?
I doubt that will happen but what if? Remove it altogether? What if Ruin gets replaced by Corrupt Intervention in 80% of builds? Is this going to be a game of whack a mole, nerfing perks used in most builds cause they annoy survivors?
