Issue with Tome 16 Level 3 Challenge "Buried Underground"
I have hooked multiple survivors in the basement and have sacrificed them and no progress has been made in multiple games. I have tried with Scourge Hook: Monstrous Shrine and without that perk and the problem still persists.
