Spectate bug - unable to leave match
On PC, having just escaped a game I clicked spectate but at almost the same time, the other remaining survivors escaped, ending the game. This left me in a ending screen mash up of the running away animation, the survivor portraits and the endgame collapse timer with only one button to leave, which was non-functional. I've…
