Finding a game for survivor on console takes way too long, i would be able to play double the amount of matches if it loaded as quick as PC

Hello, since today's 1.5 bloodpoint increase I am unable to play the game, every time I load up i receieve a error message saying my profile can't be saved. I've tried restarting my ps4 and internet multiple times
