Cage of atonement spawn where you can't be rescued
On a swamp map a Meg was sent to the cage of atonement. It spawned between the log and the front of the cage spawned facing the level's wall perimeter. Another survivor and I both approached both sides but we couldn't get a prompt to rescue the meg. This was on her struggle phase.
