Remove DC penalty
Has a player from La Réunion island i'm far away from the servers and it happens that the game disconnect while playing... apparently it counts as a DC and i end up not being able to play. Ridiculous. Please please remove the DC penalty. It makes absolutely no sense to have them et this game anyway. + nobody wants it…
