I think there should be a balance when it comes to killers killing survivors fast and not punish them. When you hook a survivor and if they give up on the hook or disconnect the killer gets like 12k. When you get someone fully sick with The Plague and the survivors throw up, that should render them from vaulting, dropping pallets etc like when the doctor shocks you. And it should be stages of sickness. First Broken then exhausted, finally blind, or however order. Or maybe broken last.
