Autodidact can undo the healing changes very quick and it's now much much more than only a meme Perk
Having 5 stacks heals someone else to like 3/4 and u won't loose them, which makes the healing nerfs nearly void. Change Autodidact that it heals far less, or that u loose your stacks when u get injured, like potential energy. Pain Resonance change, which still makes it useful and rewards killer for not tunneling.
So the current PTB state of Pain Res, gives you 4 Stacks and adds 15% regress for the gen with the most progress, also u need to hook every surv individually for it to work, unfortunately 60% regress is nothing, which will make it a dead Perk. Because u need to get every Surv once which can be hard, u only get 4 Stacks…
