PC - Self-Rescue from Near End of 1st Hook State Triggers 2nd State
I was downed and on my first hook. I was waiting to be rescued, but saw that I was not going to be rescued in time before the second hook state triggered. I jumped and luckily unhooked myself, but it put me in the second hook state anyway. :(
