Killers that go back and forth on your downed character like if they're "#########" you. Is it a bannable offense i could share to BHVR support?

The Onryo bodyblocking hooks exploit
I've just played agaisn't the Onryo preventing any survivors from unhooking. She was demanifesting into the hitbox of a hooked person then manifest. The killer was exploiting this issue.

Are the NA servers down?
I keep joining EU servers since 2 weeks and i'm getting tired of those 130pings. Makes my trials harder. Some of my friends has the same issue. Anyone know why?
