Don't think the DH rework will fix much
It might be a bit early to say, but going off of what I read, I doubt the DH rework will benefit anyone but killers that can hit over vaults, like Nurse, Huntress, Phead, etc., as well as some unique cases like Trapper, whose traps could be dodged by DH.
