PC - Game Afoot Haste Effect Not Working on Special Pallet Breaks
Using Speical Powers to break pallets while in chase with the Obsession no longer grants haste effect. Event abilites such as Remote Destroy and perks such as Dissolution, does not trigger Haste effect while in chase with the Obsession.
