PC - Directly hitting a survivor with Clown's Bottles does not slow them down
Was just playing a game as Clown and noticed that when I was directly hitting survivors with Clown's bottles, they did not get slowed down. Since the mist explodes around them, they should be getting slowed down.

Killer Add-ons unequip after every match
Platform: PC Description of the issue: After every match, my add-ons will unequip instead of staying equipped. Steps to reproduce: 1. Play a match of killer with add-ons. 2. Finish the match. 3. After the match has finished, check your add-ons in the lobby and they will be uneqipped. This occurs every match.
