I have 75 hours in game, since the patch nonstop put against 1000+ hour red ranks

Since the new patch this morning, every time I get downed, my items and add-ons disappear
This has happened in every single match, to the point where I have like 5 med kits today, including a ranger's med kit, without a single usage. Anyone else having this issue, and what can I do about it?
