Who would run that perk aside from streamers trying to be funny? It being an exhaustion perk. If it was a cooldown perk then i would understand but currently it's just comedy.2 -

Then it's a change to healing that just happened to nerf self care into the ground. That's what made adrenaline so popular, another nerf.2 -

Because it used to be self care was meta. It got nerfed into the ground. Who is going to use two perk slots to self heal? When is the last time survivors got a solid strong new perk? I don't rem…4 -

Self care and decisive were already heavily nerfed. Nerf something basic as adrenaline and watch killer que times go up a lot.7
