I disagree. I’m a survivor main and only play killer for daily rituals. Whenever I have to be Billy I can insta-down without any skill whatsoever XD1 -

Spine Chill never worked against T1 Myers anyway. It did against Ghostface, so it’s really just nerfed against GF lol1 -
Instadown killers with NOED
Serious question, but why does someone like Myers or Ghostface bring NOED into the game when they can obviously instadown while stalking? What’s the point of it?5 -

His perks are really good. Blocking windows after gen completion? Causing exhaustion when a gen is less than 50 percent? Regressing a gen when someone goes down near him? That’s pretty powerful1
